CLEANING YOUR LIGHTING FIXTURES
 Our specialty cleaning services offers light fixture cleaning and light lens cleaning. Usually this service is packaged with one of our other services like ceiling cleaning, retrofitting and/or Group/Spot re-lamping services.
Light Fixtures, both fluorescent and incandescent, tend to accumulate dust and soil over a period of time, thereby reducing their lumen-efficiency.
Light cleaning involves cleaning of the inside and outside of the fixture and the lamps and bulbs therein. And, in most cases, there is no need to replace those prismatic light lenses, have us clean them and save more money.
Light cleaning will increase the illumination delivered at the user-level due to the removal of dust and dirt from the lamps and bulbs. Further, the removal of dirt and grime from the inside of the fixture will increase the reflectivity, and efficiency of the fixture.

Cleaning your light fixture and lenses will improve the quality of lighting in your facility. Our technicians will clean and make your lighting fixture lenses look like new and save you money at the same time. RE-LAMPING YOUR LIGHTING FIXTURES
Why should you consider a Lighting Maintenance Program? Group Re-lamping, regularly scheduled inspections, cleaning, and recycling by a trained and competent lighting maintenance company can save you time and money, as well as allow you to budget a fixed amount of expense which also maximizes the efficiency of your lighting system.
The most expensive portion of the cost related to a lighting system is the electric consumption. The second largest contributor is the labor to install the lamp while the smallest portion is the actual cost of the lamp. If your maintenance department is changing one lamp or fixture at a time, at the hourly or salary rate, it is far more economical to implement a cost saving group re-lamp, or regularly scheduled Lighting Maintenance Program.
According to industry standards, a spot re-lamp takes approximately 20 minutes to change 4 foot lamp compared to 5 minutes for a group re-lamp per fixture. If you pay your maintenance person $14.00 an hour, that would translate into $4.66 per lamp for spot re-lamping. SPOT & GROUP RELAMPING

Lighting Maintenance Managers are replacing all lamps and bulbs at a period not to exceed manufactures recommended average rated life. Companies performing group re-lamping can take advantage of bulb purchase volume discounts, with the savings going back to facility managers. Re-lamping can ordinarily be done during closed hours or during "slack" time to minimize business interruption.
Group Re-lamping is accomplished with sensitivity to environmental issues. Discarded lamps should always be properly tested and properly disposed of at an approved and certified Lamp Recycling Center.
