Veterans Day
Our Thoughts of Thanks and Gratitude goes out to our nation’s veterans and families that have scarified so much for us.
Veterans Day is an official holiday which honors people who served in the armed services? On the 11 hour of the 11 day of the 11 month of 1918 an armistice was declared between the allied nation and the German in the First World War. Commemorate of Armistice day began the following year. Nov 11 became the federal holiday in the US. In 1938 in the aftermath of WW II and the Korean War. Armistice Day became Veterans Day and Nov. 11, 1918 is generally regarded as the end of the war to end all war. President Wilson proclaimed Nov. 11. As Veteran Day. A celebration to honor America Veterans for their patriotism, love of country willingness to serve and sacrifice for the common goal.
